01Acceptance of Terms

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You may browse the Site without an account, but to place orders or save preferences you may need to create one. You agree to:

04Products & Pricing

We work to display product images, descriptions, ingredients, and prices accurately. Colors and tones may vary slightly between screens and physical product. Bronze Era reserves the right to:

• Modify product specifications, packaging, and formulas.
• Limit quantities, especially during launches and promotions.
• Discontinue products at any time.
• Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and cancel orders affected by such errors.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or duties unless explicitly noted.

05Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation by email.

By placing an order, you authorize Bronze Era and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. If a charge is declined, we may cancel your order and notify you.

For pre-orders, we will charge your card at the time of order, unless otherwise stated. Estimated shipping windows for pre-orders are estimates and may shift.

06Shipping & Returns

Our shipping rates, delivery times, return windows, and refund procedures are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

07Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, product names, photography, illustrations, copy, layouts, software, and code — is owned by Bronze Era or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Bronze Era" wordmark, the kiss-mark device, and "Deep Violet Tanning Mousse" are trademarks of Bronze Era. Use of any of our trademarks without prior written consent is prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

08Permitted Use

You may:

• View Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Share product links on social media in a way consistent with normal social-media use.
• Quote brief excerpts of editorial content with proper attribution.

09Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Site for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content without permission.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access the Site (other than indexing by general-purpose search engines).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site.
• Resell our products without authorization (we sell only direct-to-consumer; unauthorized resale may void the Glow Guarantee on those units).
• Misrepresent yourself, impersonate Bronze Era, or imply endorsement.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

10User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, quiz responses, or other content to Bronze Era, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with our marketing and operations.

You represent that the content is yours, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove user content at our discretion without notice.

11Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, or content. Bronze Era does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party material. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12Disclaimers

Bronze Era products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results vary. Skin reactions, while rare, are possible. We recommend a 24-hour patch test on the inner arm before any first-time application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of dealing — except as specifically required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bronze Era and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase of our products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim, or (b) [FILL IN: USD 100].

14Indemnification

16Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Sections 07 (IP), 12–14 (Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification), 15 (Governing Law), and 16 (Disputes) survive termination.

18Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by a Site banner or by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revised version constitutes acceptance.
