01Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our fulfillment center in [FILL IN: warehouse city, state].
During launch periods, founders' edition drops, and major holidays, processing may take an additional [FILL IN: 1–3] business days. Any active processing delay will be displayed at checkout and on the home page banner.
02U.S. Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus U.S. military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $40 and over.
- Standard Shipping for orders under $40 — $6.00 flat.
- Express Shipping — $14.00 flat (1–2 business days).
Bronze Era is not responsible for shipping fees on returned, refused, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
03International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Additional regions will be added as we scale fulfillment.
- Free International Shipping on orders $100 USD and over.
- Standard International Shipping for orders under $100 — $25.00 USD flat.
Duties & Taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your Bronze Era order total.
Restricted destinations. Due to shipping regulations on cosmetic products, we do not currently ship to [FILL IN: list of restricted countries].
04Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once a package leaves our fulfillment center. Carrier delays, customs holds, weather events, and other factors may extend the actual delivery time.
- United States — 2 to 5 business days (Standard) · 1 to 2 business days (Express)
- Canada — 5 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom — 5 to 14 business days
- European Union — 10 to 20 business days
- Australia — 5 to 10 business days
05Tracking & Carriers
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also view tracking by logging into your account at bronze-era.com.
- U.S. Standard: USPS
- U.S. Express: UPS

06Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bronze-era.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the affected items at no cost to you.
If tracking shows "delivered" but your package has not arrived:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, and household members.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
- Contact us if the package has not arrived after 48 hours.
Bronze Era will work directly with the carrier to investigate. Resolution typically takes [FILL IN: 5–10] business days. We will replace or refund verified lost packages.
07The Bronze Era Glow Guarantee
If you don't love your tan, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund — even if the bottle is opened. We stand behind every formula in our line.
The Glow Guarantee covers:
- Color outcome that wasn't right for your skin
- Skin reaction or sensitivity
- Scent or texture preference
- Any other reason you simply didn't love it
08Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Purchased directly from bronze-era.com (third-party retailer purchases must be returned to that retailer).
- At least 50% full if opened (we want you to actually try it).
- Accompanied by your order number or order confirmation email.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
- Promotional gifts received free of charge.
- Items purchased more than 60 days ago.
- Items received from a third-party retailer.
09How to Return an Item
- Email hello@bronze-era.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (U.S.) or return instructions (international).
- Package the item securely and drop it at any [FILL IN: USPS / UPS] location within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund (see Section 10).

10Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
What we refund: the full purchase price of the returned items, plus any taxes paid on those items.
What we don't refund: original shipping fees (if applicable) and international duties or customs charges paid at delivery.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card issuer — posting times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us.
11Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return + new order:
- Place a new order for the item you'd like (so we can ship it immediately).
- Initiate a return for the original item via the steps in Section 09.
- We'll refund the original item once we receive it.
This is faster than a traditional exchange and ensures your replacement isn't held up while we wait for the original to arrive.
12Final-Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in the case of damage on arrival or carrier loss (see Section 06).
Items typically marked Final Sale include:
- Discounted bundles below [FILL IN: dollar threshold or % off].
- Limited-edition seasonal collections.
- Sample sizes and gifts-with-purchase.
